Now, a snowboarder just did a quad cork, and another one did a triple in the pipe. That didnt even look fun. Thats robot shit, I mean, is that even necessary? Can you imagine standing at the top of one of those courses? I can only speculate… This is what Ive worked for. I suppose thats the dream for a lot of people. Is this the end game? I dont count if I cant quad?...

Henrik Harlaut is truly one of a kind. Few can match his talent and no-one does the ski industry quite like he does. His ability to channel the same passion into two widely different events is unparalleled by any other skier. Actually, it’s crazy to believe it was that long ago already. Including the breakfast of champions, Q+A’s, and some actual riding through the slope. Though it wouldn’t be Henrik without a pajama onesie in the picture....

SIA could be considered one of the most anticipated events in the snow sports industry every year. This isRigs of SIA. The most common rig at the show were sprinter-style vans. Some vans were more built-out than others, much like Dakine. Oh yeah, and Spyder, remember them? They customized an Audi R8 to look like Iron Man… Zeal Optics converted an old Airstream trailer into a mobile retail store for trade shows and events like SIA....

What is perhaps one of the best shows on snow, didn’t disappoint.

Luca Schuler went down super hard on the first run and hopefully he’s going to be ok. There was a big break in the contest as a result and it put a definite dampener on proceedings. Woodsy went switch dub 10 octo, Kai switch dub 12 misty, Henrik Nosebutter dub 12 blunt. Woodsy was the first to go triple with the switch triple 14 mute. Kai Mahler narrowly bailed the most crazy triple before Henrik brought back the Nosebutter triple 16 for a 46....
