Session Four just ended and what a week it was! This weeks lane set-up was rails, rails, rails. The rest of the lane was covered in a close-in plaza, tube with trannies and the funkiest C-rail-to-down. Session Four’s Takeover Pro’s includedBanks Gilberti, Olympian Devin Logan, and Tim McChesney. Tim McChesney was going massive on the big jump and gapping 450’s on like it was nothing. The new skatepark style summer park that we built at COC this summer was so off the hook. We designed the park so the usual summer jump lines, rail lines also had mad combos available. Mike King There was transition everywhere, rail everywhere and features everywhere. The creativity that went down was all time. It was fun watching campers and coaches from other camps get turned away at the gate....

She was filming in the backcountry when she was buried on her second run. Matilda was a periennial top competitor on the Freeride World Tour, where she placed 4th last year. “You came into my life too late. And now you left me too early. Once again, another session has come and gone. Session Three had no big surprises, everyone killed it, staff, pros, and campers! Session 2 is over! Last week we had a list of heavy hitters in the Windells Lane that made the week insane! Takeover Session Pro’s for Session Two consisted of Karl Fostvedt, McRae Williams, and Magnus Graner. Magnus buttered, slid, nollied and ollied everything in his path. Karl, like Karl does, skied fast and precise, finding lines that no one had seen yet. The Shred Optics Team was also out in full force!...

Learning or improving your skiing, snowboarding or climbing shouldnt be intimidating. It should be exciting and most of all, completely accessible. We cannot recommend Denis highly enough. He’s a great skier and a fantastic teacher who genuinely finds passion helping others and improving their technique. Its rare to find someone at that level with the patience and ability to work with beginners. I found Ongosa simple, intuitive, responsive and would recommend to anyone....

Session 1 has come and gone! It was a radical week of snow stunts and good people! Take Over pros for Session 1 consisted of Saga Outerwear’s Time Durtschi, and Lib-Techs Lucas Wachs. As everyone cycled up to Mount hood on the first day the excitement hung strong in the air. Both lacing stylish and seemingly polished tricks in the pipe and all over the Windells Lane. Lucas Wachs and Hudson Knoll ripping massive doubles in the pipe....

The opening will be on the 24th of June and it will be open until the end of September. We have about 25 features overall and nearly 20 rail hits. In the mountains of western Maine however, something was brewing. The process was similar for building the pipe. The pipe consumed our thoughts and our personal lives for a span of about 3 days. Homie Dorian Robinson stayed on Casey Taylors couch in Farmington so he could be closer for the process. Everyone was in it, and about it one hundred percent of the time. This project had local kids from Farmington and the college alike coming out of the woodworks....
