Opening Day at Revelstoke

The big thing I miss about Revelstoke is opening day of RMR. Theres basically half the population of the town on the ski hill that day. Lifts open at 8:30 and you won’t be skiing until nearly 11. (they don’t work) By 7AM the hype is real. The lifts start turning at 8 and everyone realizes its almost time. When the lifts finally open we pack 8 people into a gondola....

School is optional when there's Pow.

No, its not one of those. It comes down to one simple answer, fresh powder. Its a disease thats impossible NOT to catch. As your eyelids close, the snow begins to accumulate. You spring out of bed to the sight of over a foot of perfect snow crystals surrounding the cabin. While un-burying your pow skis from the snow the countdown starts in your head. FCB Also Know as First Chair Brian

He loves to ski, and he respects others who share that same passion. FCB should be a role model for the Alta community, and for the ski community as a whole. Too many skiers today are constantly worrying about how they stack up against everyone around them. Does all my gear match? Do I look better than the guy next to me? Does he shred harder than I do? How will people know how hard I ski if I dont get this GoPro shot?...

Andy Parry's Tell a Friend Tour Preview 2016

The concept behind Andy Parrys Tell a Friend Tour is pretty simple. The reason I created it is to get people like Ross [Imburgia] to keep on skiing. You know, you’re not getting paid shit to go ski. You don’t have enough money to fly anywhere. The Tell a Friend Tour steps up where the rest of the industry wont. On top of that, its a hell of a lot of fun....
