I was fortunate enough to be watching from the top of Mont Fort and it was a crazy experience. I didnt even really know how the events were judged beyond most death defying wins. First off, the skiing was insane. The athletes are so unbelievably good that it doesnt look real. But the crowd is almost as important and it was massive today. The women were first to drop and there were two standout runs....
Daron Rahlves has had one hell of a career. Alongside Matthias Hargrin and Aurelien Ducroz, he’s one of 3 wildcards to celebrate the big two zero. You have filmed with pretty much all the big ski movie producers. Not till now has it been possible due to scheduling. That’s what’s so motivating for me. I’m honored to be invited. For him, that says something. My palms are sweating thinking about it....
