He said… This summer I lived in my van, and skied every day. I was invited to coach a few sessions in Whistler, BC at Camp of Champions. Tropical Storm Irene has ravaged the area. The Foodbank will turn each donation into $60 for families in need. you could also donate to the American Red Cross of Vermont and the New Hampshire Valley. The Technine Doughnut Eating Challenge returns!

One of the best days of summer, the Second Annual Technine Doughnut Eating Challenege, went down in Session 7. Last year, the competition ended in a sugary storm, and this year, there were more doughnuts and more powdered sugar. Technine team riders, Derek Dennison, Dylan Thompson, Andrew Brewer, and the T9 Prospects, Zander Blackmon, Ben Bilodeau, and Brady Larson hosted the event. P90X: Day 730

This coming Monday will be exactly 2 years since starting the P90X workout program. I decided to try it out and quickly realized that this was the real deal. This program is intense and requires serious motivation. Each workout lasts between 50 and 80 minutes and there are 12 different workouts. Of course I also get a bunch of people asking if they should start the program. Many of my friends have tried it, and a few have completed it at least once....
