The Nines have always been a bit elusive to me, being from the United States. Not a single aspect of the week disappointed. The Nines covers every base imaginable, including the unexpected ones. The first indication of this dream is the build itself. Unlike previous years, the build was heavily influenced and designed by riders. In many ways, it felt more like a sculpture park than a park build. They are inspired by a famous Helsinki skate spot,the Amos Rex art installation....
Last year, Black Mountain in New Hampshire was the first ski area to shut downMarch 7th, 2024. Its April 10th, and theyre still making snow. Theyre not just making snow either. Snowcats have been out dragging everything they can find back onto the main runs for one last push. Its all building toward May 3rd, when theyll wrap the season with a full-on 90th birthday bash. Until then, Black is spinning lifts Fridays through Sundays, 10am7pm....

I don’t know what prompted this update after so long. Some would say “Why fix something that isn’t broken?” I have enough PETG filament to produce 50 pairs of cover plates.
Both categories crushed it and honestly, Big Air is so wild right now. Olivia Asselin stomped a leftside variant perfectly taking a 82. Style points for sure. Flora Tabanelli laced a perfect switch dub 10 safety to take the lead with 87.75. Granny Sarah laced a switch dub 10 mute for the lead after run one with a 90.50. Again, grabs other than safety paying dividends. Out of nowhere, Lara Wolf stomped a switch dub bio 12, but missed the grab....
After some logistics shuffling and some borrowed car keys from mom, I headed north. Sugarbush Parks is arguably one of the best parks North America has to offer right now. The lift runs directly over the park, allowing riders to spectate whatever calculated mayhem ensues below. They provide me with a budget to fund the event and it is our biggest event of the winter. The goal of Super Sessions is simply to have fun and continue to build this amazing community....

Getting my first AK experience with such a crew feels unreal. Im really looking forward to sharing good moments with the team and enjoying every second of the event. Weve figured out a framework that works for snowboarding, but we obviously cant just duplicate it for skiing....
