A Newbie Blogger

I have been skiing for one winter. I have snowboarded for six years and never thought of skiing as an option. Boy was I wrong. My dad grew up taking long trips from southern California with his father to ski. This is where they first met and spent most of their early years as a budding couple. Eventually, they moved to Berkley California where my older sister was born. But as it is very evident, not that much change....

Tim Durtschi Interview

This is a good time to set the record straight on that. I kept the level of partying low, and spent alot of the daytime in the Hotel gym. Who wants to excercise in Vegas? You are heading to South America in a few days. I have always tried to make my way south for some off-season skiing. I never really had the budget to do that, or a real reason to go....

Trip to NZ

We left Barcelona on Thursday 19th, with Jaime Puigdengoles, Luka Melloni, Noah Albadalejo and some other friends, and flew to Christchurch thru Singapur where we spent 12 hours waiting for the next flight. We made a free tour arround the city, we played some cards, we visited the butterfly garden, and finally we took the last plane, and after more than 48 hours of travel we arrived to Christchurch, where we just had 6 hours driving to Wanaka, the chillest place on earth....

lake time

Back out at the lake, keeping things casual. Went for a long paddle out to some little cliffs to jump off of yesterday, then had to paddle back against a gnarly head wind (apparently 70km/h). fun. sSorry for the bad quality, Blogger video is terrible and I don’t feel like uploading a bunch of short clips to Vimeo.

Hong Kong, part 2

I tried to ask the store owner why everything was made of paper, but communicating was bit tricky. So, I went along picking out random things. A MTR (subway) and minibus ride later and I was in the town of Tai-O. The tight alleyways between the stilt houses are reminiscent of Venice, and are packed with fish markets. I hung out until the sun set, grabbed some snacks, and began heading back towards Kowloon....

Nancy Greene Camp Excursion.

On Monday I went camping up at Nancy Greene Lake with Nathan, Marshall, Tegan, Stew, Dayna, Cassidy, Curtis, Ali, Erin, and Lily. I only got about 4 hours of sleep before being woken up by a casual, professional nude photo shoot on the beach at sunrise. But, it was bunch fun!
