Session two is complete, which means that the entire camp is officially complete for 2010. This week things really got moving with the addition of the big jump on trapline ski run. Trapline is a unique run, it is long and keeps its pitch for about 500 vertical feet. On the snowboard side there was a few pros up here as well. Nothing like a cold Corona to cool me down! On our way out for dinner we passed a lot of sea-side restaurants. One of them had this creature crawlinbg out the the mini-boat. A freaking sea-monster if you ask me! Not one place made for tourists without shops. Ida found one that fitted her perfectly! Sunset in the land of the Islands. Tom is a 40 year old snowboard camper here with his son Luke a 7 year old skier. They’ve been ripping up the mountain and having a blast here at Windells Camp. Today was one of the days they sang aboutin that song; Just another day in paradise. Windy, but warm. Been at the beach most of the day. Ida and me went for lunch at a beach-restaurant, which was quite nice if I must say so. The summer-girl of all summer-girls, Ida loves the sun, and the sun loves her! Spanish meatballs and greek-salad for lunch. Sitting at the beach-bar just nearby where we live....

Danielle remained up-beat and optimistic despite some foggy moments, she constantly charged each feature to progress her skiing. Why did you choose to come to Windells? Danielle: I really wanted to improve my park riding. How do you like the coaching so far? Danielle: I love it, Dania is so cool and really helpful. She really helped with boxes when to pop and what to do to land switch off of them....

It s exatcly 20 hours since I left from cold Norway, and home. 8 degrees and pouring rain. No, flushing rain, more like a waterfall. Me, Ida and my family left Norway for the better; Greece and the small island Naxos. Ida got this cool shot during the 4 hour flight (tight as never before between the seats). Ida likes the sun more than anyone else that I know of, should be a good week....
