Here’s a few scenic shots from the weekend.

..but tomorrow is allready monday. No hard feelings, last night was kind of allright. I am pretty saticfied with the evening, allthough it is pretty retarded with a 20-hour long day. But, this is a job as all other jobs, and it pays the bills.

Today I have been killing it at home. Came home at 4am last night, up at 11 to lay the last part of the hallway-floor. I felt kind of great afterwards, truth to be told!

Lots of kids came out to hang out and compete for some special kendama prizes. About 30 kids entered the contest, there was beginner, Intermediate and Advanced categories. The Local Media was very interested in the new little crafty toy. you could check it out here! The local news came out to cover the event. Lately I’ve been going for some walks up Granite to get some more skiing in before summer hits.

This week we figured out we needed a new floor in our hallway. Halfway through it, and I am doing the rest on Sunday. I was supposed to be in Hafjell in the last day of skiing for the year today. That did not happend…. Long day, looking foreward to have tomorrow off.

Sammy Carlson and I have hit a few features together. I painted my poles purple, then they broke. I am taking tommorow off because there is a Kendama contest at Wabi Sabi Downtown tommorow. Come check it out, should be really fun, finally able to enjoy a spring day outside! So far 25 kids have signed up for the contest.

This time of year, the cameras start snapping, the film rolling and athletes aching to go big. These young athletes, Pip Anderson, Ben Jenkin and King David Gardner are amazing! What about the Shreadows Terrain Park you ask? Well, we have filming there too! check that to keep an eye out for Standard Films 2010/2011 movie premier.

He’s very good at what he does and has an amazing view on life. Dan lives the dream naturally and likes it in Haines, must be a good spot. The Garmont Radium is a ski boot that I have skied in for 2 seasons. I got them to switch over to a new Dynafit setup. Last season I was decently impressed with the boots. The skis I used to ski the radium with were destroyed. The ski sucking actually made me think the boots were the problem. We will start off with what I was looking to get out of the winter season....
