Colorado is in a cold snap. Southern Colorado, in prime position for an El Nino winter, fared particularly well. Silverton Mountain broke the three-foot mark with 38 inches of snow in the past two days. This is a town built for huge amounts of snow. It seems that the powder at Wolf Creek lasts for days after the storm. Purgatory at Durango Mountain Resort followed suit, measuring 34 inches of snow in 48 hours....

Since Tuesday Nico Zacek and AA me are hanging out in Seoul (South Korea) for a big Show in the city. Due to bad weather we were so far only able to explore Seoul’s Nightlife and its traditions. But todays our first Show Night, so more stunning informations will follow ;) Ps: Felix Urbauer on the right joined us this night, it should not has been his last beer! cheeeers...

Oh City of Duluth, you guys are so cool. I can still see grass somehow and the roads are completely unplowed. I think we got just sand for three months. They are especially bad at driving uphill. Idiot drivers aside, its finally snowing. Yesterday I had resigned myself to thinking we had gotten shafted again. Thanks mother nature for the pity snow, we needed it. Plans will need to be made for this snow....

The last month has flown by. Amazing times shredding, learning and appreciating skiing. One thing I miss is my road bike. I’ll be happy to get home and ride. Here’s a couple for inspiration/wonder. I love old photos of riding.

I wanted to post a couple photos on here from my drive up the hill today. Drive up to Cardrona felt like Nepal. Steep drop offs to death on the right, pot holes and bumpy roads and the rise into heaven. View from the road on the way up Cardrona. Again and again I find myself amazed at how beautiful New Zealand is.

The local fair in Vancouver stays open until Halloween. I attempt to go every year because it’s good stuff. Here’s a couple shots from my visit last week. The view from the top of the “Corkscrew” ride. Moments before plunging downward. The swings are always one of my favorite rides. I really love them. It started raining and people were anxious in line.

Guess I wasn’t feeling it. Here’s a couple of the randoms I did take. Armada team dinner in NZ. Lots of new faces. Drank wine out of a tumbler. Fun to see the new film. 3 showings, 3 full houses. Random backroad in Christchuch, NZ, my final hours before flying out.

I mean, come on, get a life. My first days in a resort was last week as well. Therefore we thought we could bring out the old camera and do some moves again. There is needless to say anything else, have a look at part 2 of the untold Hafjell story.. I appologize for any timeloss you may have had, watching this film.

Really foggy in Hafjell today. Shred goes on anyday though. Beeing stoked on skiing in general helps! Not to stoked on the no-sight foggy park. Me and PK shot video for a new short-edit today, but I forgot my backpack in the cafeteria. DAMN…
