Our first night we spent at the Captain Cook Hotel.
The hotel is filled with the history of cooks voyages and circumnavigations of the earth.
It is also filled with comfortable beds and great views of the downtown.
Girdwood is 30 miles away and that is where our plan is to spend the rest of this trip.
