Freestyle Skiing Ontario (FSO) is thrilled to host the very first stop of the North American Premiere Tour of Quiksilvers, Few Words, with Candide Thovex here in Ontario.
This film is the highly anticipated feature-length film documenting one of freeskiings unrivaled legends, and FSO is pleased to announce that Candide himself will be here in Toronto for the kick off.
Few Words is the story of Candide Thovex, a pioneer of modern skiing and a three-time X-Game gold medalist and his journey across the globe to discover the most beautiful snow locations while showcasing some of freeskiings most sensational sequences.
The tour hosted by Quiksilver and Faction Skis has already begun their European tour to rave reviews and sold out crowds.
Tony McWilliam, director of Faction Skis offers; Few Words is unique in its combination of documentary and action.
It gives a true insight into one of skiings biggest and modest stars and his incredible journey leading the sport from infancy to its current status coupled with breathtaking and inspiring new footage.
Freestyle Skiing Ontario hopes that this film will bring awareness to the community and encourage involvement in the sport of freestyle skiing across the province.
