Two weeks later he found
himself joining the elite top-10 club in world slopestyle
competition.
The course was in topnotch
shape for this event and the weather ideal.
Directly after the award ceremony in Calgary, Morrison left for an event in Northstar,
California.
Despite a lack of snow in the area the course was in great shape.
Morrison rose to the occasion qualifying first through the field of 80 skiers.
He held top spot throughout the
final, which earned him a well-deserved slopestyle win.
This was Morrison?s second slopestyle podium at a US Revolution Tour
event this season.
Less than a year ago the
young-up-and comer was ranked 212th.

In the coming month, he will be competing at the Canadian Shield Series at Mt.
Tremblant and then back to
Northstar for the North Face Freeski Open Slopestyle.
