Inspired Media Tour, WI

This was only in the first few minutes of their stop here. to do it again with their movies. The excitement in the crowd was very real when I showed up. The urban segments were absolutely crazy and astoundingly inventive. People were clapping and cheering after every single trick, which Phil stomped with his unbeatable style. He quickly got his movie loaded and fired it up. And don’t worry, there are a fair dose of park and urban shots also....

We Love you JP

Our thoughts and prayers are with JP and Andreas' families. The loss of our co-founder, JP, in particular, is overwhelming for us. He had an incredible impact on everything he touched. JP pioneered and transcended skiing genres and left an indelible mark on the sport. JP was our favorite person to be around; he was hilarious and he was kind. Many people are asking what they can do to help....

WU TANG IS FOR MONTANA

Bozeman is a ski town situated in Southwest Montana. Its rather remote and isn’t a typical vacation spot, but people flock here for a reason. We have snow, ski movies, and the kids are on the hills before theyre running. It’s officially premiere season, leaving only mere months until the highly anticipated opening day. Phil Casabon and Henrik Harlaut have both made banger films. The first film, Keynote Skier is about Phils season....

Heroes

I am a product of heroes. The first ski magazine I ever read was the Powder tribute to McConkey. To a clueless young gaper he represented everything cool about skiing. I watched his segment in Claim over and over again. On the surface it seems a little ridiculous. I never met them. Heroes are, by nature, like that. Heroes are people whose personalities transcend normal barriers. As I grew as a skier I quickly found other heroes....

Thank You JP & Andreas, SIP.

Tonight was the Bozeman stop of the Inspired Tour. As I sat down to recount what had just happened it hit me- we truly lost two greats today. This wasnt supposed to happen. Andreas had experienced loss this past season, JP was nominated for National Geographics Adventurers of the Year. And its not even ski season in North America. Tonight Tanner Hall was at the Bozeman screening. In the end of the day its just skiing....

SIP JP Auclair

I’ve lost a good friend and an amazing inspiration. JP will leave a huge void in our lives. We could not have asked for a better role model. We could not have asked for a better friend, leader or inspiration. His influence on skiing is generational and extends far beyond freeskiings communal walls. Its difficult to quantify the impact JP had on our sport. We are forever indebted to you, and you will always be in our hearts....

FredyFerl Reviews Less

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ge69dLXdbAY I feel likeLessis the first Level 1 movie sinceRefreshwhere the title actually means something. Lessstarts off in a pretty cool way: there’s no intro. The opening segment goes to Duncan Adams, who’s known for his smooth style. Next up is Magnus Graner, who should’ve had the opener. I mean, Will Berman’s segment. It’s now time for Khai Krepela, who we’ve barely seen in a movie since Act Natural. Next I want to talk about Shay Lee and Sandy Boville....

Freeskiing Through the Eyes of Jiberish

In recent years the brands popularity has expanded outside of the snowsports community and within the street fashion world. Many Newschoolers.com members, as well as the snowsports community at large, have witnessed this growth. So, starting from the very beginning, how did you guys get into snowsports? We all were living in Denver Colorado and we were friends through work and social circles. Dave snowboarded while Gabe and I skied....
