Spectators basked in the sun on Mottolino Fun Mountain cheering while the girls sent it. Elena Konz (SUI) was the snowboard winner with her signature backside 540 mute and frontside 720 melon. The girls were pushing each other on the top and there was such a good vibe. Using the good vibes as her fuel clearly works. Hanging out with all these girls, shredding and having fun, it was just good times today....

This is my third year at Nine Queens. Last year I couldnt make it because I had an injury, but Im really happy to be back. What do you think of the feature this year? Its definitely the most insane thing that Ive ever seen built. Its massive and theres endless opportunities to do things. How has it been to ride it? Sugarbush - A full week of Sugar for me. We arrived just after the lifts started turning and headed up the mountain. Not a very good way to start the day. Ellen and work our way back across. This lift has got to be one of the most unique lifts I have ever ridden. Descending into the base on Mt. Ellen is not an experience I will forget anytime soon....

When I say learn, I mean learned to bomb 200 vertical foot hills. A year later, I snagged my brothers old snowboard, and set off to be like him.
