Clik Elite Escape camera / lighting backpack review

That at least was before the pros got a hold of it. This pack is the absolute perfect size for the usage of battery powered studio strobe units. My two normal kits fit like a glove. For an Elinchrom Ranger RX AS Speed + A Head, it fits with very little room to spare. The reflectors can be strapped on to the front side of the pack with the horizontal adjustable strap....

FUNfunFUNfun

In the past couple weeks I have been having an awesome time. I just got back from a vacation to Ireland. Learning new things on my snowboard is always the most fun part of snowboarding. Filming a bit as well. Some edits should be following soon.

Suzuki Nine Knights has begun!

the first time he has tried this trick! Everyone?s heart was in their throats as Tom proceeded to soar almost 10 meters above the take-off! There was an electric vibe amongst the athletes, who were beyond stoked on the first decent session. Both were itching to check out the feature and headed up even in the adverse conditions. Soon everyone else joined them and decided to try out the canon rail to hip landing....

Alaskahhhhhh

A little update from the North on EVI’s inaugural trip to Alaska. We were up at 4500 feet yesterday and not a breath of wind. Tailgate AK, a lovable junkshow, has wrapped up and the ABA parking lot is ours. Luke set of a SS-AS-R5-D3-I on the Berlin shoulder. Since then the conditions are stable and good. Things heal up very quickly here in the maritime world. A little sweat equity and 180 bucks....

Bobby?s Life: Fresh Powder ? Episode 7

It’s into the pow as Winter X Games gold medalist Bobby Brown heads up to Smiley Creek, Idaho with the Smith crew for some backcountry skiing. With no contests this weekend and bluebird skies, it’s a time for a little break but that doesn’t stop the guys from getting in some banger clips. And with friends like Gus Kenworthy in tow you know for a fact that the shots they did get were ‘banger’ at the very least....

Winter X Games Europe Tignes 2012

It requires a big team effort to cover this event, and they were teams in the team. And with the addition of Christian Van Hanja and Vianney Tisseau, we were the ESPN Photohog Squad. Covering this event is definitely not an easy task?  I?m looking forward for next year event !

Season finale at Storlien

Wow, I had such a great day at Storlien today. Last night me and Marius decided we would give it a last try with the good weatherforecast for today. Fortunately, Storlien brings short laps and minimal liftlines to the table, and we spent the time well.

Zinal Freeride 2012

Hiking to find some untouched pow. The contest was organized by a band of stoked riders from the entire valley. We’re one big happy family, and everyone is stoked for everyone. Fist bumps and pole whacking were pretty much standard at every drop-in, as everyone was super stoked! Despite the warm and sunny weather, the snow was surprisingly good. After a guided descent we were treated to free beer and music!...
