As the title states, this have been two very interesting days. Yesterday I was tricked to join a urban-mission in Trondheim. Frankly, urban rails and hits is something I am not very comfortable with. 7 hours total, from when we started building the setup, until we was finished. I think I had like two shots total, and it was raining like nothing I have seen before. To even get enough speed is hard, bungee sucks!...
A handful of Windells Academy students are causing quite the commotion in the emerging freeski lineup. Nick was named the Mitch Breakthrough Male Athlete of the Year. Headed up to see the after effects of a big Saturday. Forty or so tracks in plain view. Plenty of snow testers exploring all aspects. Greybird day and temperatures finally cooling off with the incoming front. Took full advantage of the stability and headed left middle gully for the first time all year. One might even call it a, gasp, SKI CUT!!! Just kidding, can’t help myself. The snow was settled and surfy, no movement at all the run....
After leaving Colorado last week the I’ve put on two thousand miles and made stops at 5 resorts. Demo Tour Rules don’t let you skip this meal. You’re welcome Rocky Mountain Underground! Not much snow at Mammoth this year, but I’ll take some Spring skiing early. We’ll also be giving away skis three times this week! Drink some Coors and win some skis! The Best way to settle anything.
Compose to include signage and the crowd. Don't do this!! Sometimes you may need to bend the rules a bit to move a flash. Just check that you do this safely and that theres no real consequence. Go above and beyond what other photographers are doing. Some events are best with no flash.

Just got home after a hectic weekend in Lillehammer. I landed my tricks well, but go unlucky and the ski fell off. Well, better luck next time. I had tons of fun last night with many of my friends from Lillehammer. This is the forecast for Meraker Skiresort, just short of an hour from home. Looks like my Salomon Rocker2 Powder-skis will have a little work to do the next days....
