It is no secret that the Cottonwood Canyons are getting crowded. The cost in 2020 was estimated to be between 546 million and 576 million dollars. What we are attempting to solve is a traffic problem that occurs mainly on snowy days. This traffic issue is created in large part by vehicle accidents occurring in the canyon. conditions, and vehicle contributing factors. The skis are a beautiful wooden construction, described as having a medium-soft flex and a near symmetrical shape. They aim to be a park ski that can handle any resort bash you could throw at them. 2.2x2.5mm edges that end early on in the low profile top and tails, keeping the swing weight down. 2.2mm edges and Sintered 4001 bases round out the construction but neither are particularly remarkable in this space. Not quite Vishnu Wet territory but its a lot of rocker for a 95mm underfoot ski. The flex is stiffer than I expected, particularly underfoot but its smooth without any obvious hinge points. While I didnt like them at first, the Nomad grew on me as an all-mountain option. I didnt ski them in pow but my educated guess would be ok but not great....

Ive always wanted to carve a full uphill 360 and thought these might allow for that. Shape/Flex/Construction:The profile of this ski really is like nothing else out there. Reading the dimensions doesnt quite make sense but somehow it really works. The ski I could compare this to would be the Sakana oddly enough. Both have similar profiles but the Blade is much more pronounced and carves much harder than the Sakana....
