I became aware of the company when the best skier at my local hill got a Liberty trucker hat. A few years later they gave Phil Larose apro model, which I thought was a real classy move. and the weak Canadian Dollar make it cost prohibitive to order anything from outside the country. There are aluminum caps on the tip and tail to minimize damage from impacts. Overall the ski looks well constructed with a nice finish in the shop....
The problem with platitudes is that they’re vague. Skiinghascommunities, and skiing sometimesgivespeople the feeling of freedom. Sure, this definition isnt wrong. Whenever I go out for a ski thats all I really do. I click in, ride a chairlift or tour, and then slide back down. If Im feeling particularly crazy Ill go jump off something, or throw a trick in the mix. These activities can be filed into the leisure category....
This year, SuperUnknown was hosted by Mammoth Mountain. The park crew absolutely crushed it on the build for the week. The features were all huge, and dialed to perfection for the riders. It always sucks to see someone go down, and we are all wishing Yack a speedy recovery. The weather came in hard on day two, bringing on 14 inches of powder. The vibes were an all time high, as everyone found their groove and figured out the routine....

In spring 2014, Klappen, a Swedish ski resort, let Armada shoot in their park. Last held in 2019, it expanded from 30 riders to 70. A week of freeriding in a private park. The difficulties are just the numbers. Its sometimes a struggle to keep the stress levels down! There wont be any major changes, just a few new people. After a good snow year, Kim tells me the park is looking good....
As a result, when you ski in one place for a while, you get to know people. Thats how you realize youre no longer someone who skis, but someone who is a skier. Then theres the online world, where things are a little different. There are people here that I talk to every day on the forums, or in passing. Ive formed thoughts about their personalities and identities, but I may never meet them....

So, here is my story of my European ski holiday. But this time, this was for me. I started asking which resorts are best, gathering information and taking notes from all the locals. Dates were locked in and areas were getting narrowed down between timing, access, and accommodation availability. Now insert another NS discussion here and the story goes on. Kids at that age can go either way, love it or hate it, my boy loved it....

Boot:Roxa R3 130 TI I.R. Well, kinda, sorta, not really. When I first skied the R3 130 five years ago, it was a decent 50/50 boot. Listen to them, tip them, etc. That said, I have weird and messy feet. The R3 is heat moldable, but thanks to sizing up, I have just molded the Intuition liners. Theyre plenty stiff for my somewhat chunky self. So Ill just say that I usually get along well with 130 flex boots from other brands....
