You connect it to your system via the USB port for set it up for high speed shooting. You will have to experiment with different prefs and unfortunately they will be different for every different camera model. The only down side is that hot shoe flashes have less power than studio models. This leads to less power output from the flash. We recommend this system for shooting sports like skateboarding, mountain biking, etc....
The light at the end of the tunnel on the California trip was arriving at Mammoth mtn, CA for three days of post season hot laps with some of the Saga Fam. It was almost too good and all I can provide right now is some pictures from the off hill activity but definitely a trip well spent. Edit coming soon.

I?m just writing and this is what?s bubbling up. whatever it ends up being. I have to be proud of myself for that because it even just saying it? I?ve surprised myself with what I?ve been able to overcome and accomplish in my mind. the mental growth is something that I would never give back....

Ted Ligety and a dozen or so boys of the US Ski Team are at Mount Bachelor in Oregon putting some miles on the ski odometer. While the race training conditions have not been all that good with too much snow (believe it or not), the freeskiing has been great. The 48 Hour Film Project comes to Salt Lake City on the weekend of June 17th. The winning film will go up against films from around the world.
