Welcome to the Unitas Life. The month of May has never looked so good. Who needs a park when you have fresh sled laps. Collins gets dropped off and ready for another. Who knows how much longer the season will hold on but today was one for the books!
So, my ski hill closed way back on April 3rd in absolutely amazing conditions. Kootenay Pass is an awesome playground for the ski tourer. first run from lightning strike ridge down to the twin lakes basin. Got a picture here of some avi debris at the bottom of LSD from a previous slide. Lastly, Banana Chute is a north facing run that takes you back towards the highway. This thing is what the kootenay’s are all about....

Windells will have two rope tows accessing our park with 15 new features! BOB, our indoor skatepark, got a nice new makeover and it rides better then ever. The campus is ready to go and green friendly with fresh paint and all new energy saving windows....
The office of NBA announced that Ross was the MVP of this regular season. This prize was the most important prize for the regular season. And Ross, who was a 22-yaer-old point guard of Chicago Bull, became the youngest MVP. The former youngest MVP was Weiss, who was 23-year-old at that time. Ross had an excellent performance in this season and he got the MVP by overwhelming ballot and score....

The skin from the CDOT barn was smooth sailing, steep but relatively short. Conditions were amazingly varied from pockets of windscour to two feet of soft wind whipped snow. After forever we got to the mouth of the dammed thing and considered our future. I love the high alpine feel of the area and this particular chute provides it spades. Legs burning, I met up with the crew in the flats by the trees....
I have to stop doing this but It just happens and I don t know why. But I ll start blogging again now.This pretty much sums up the trip in Are. It seemed like the champagne never ended, and when I think about it. As soon as we hear the gunshot It was every man for him self and first man down. I ended up on 108th place Witch im really happy with, actually im just happy to be alive....
What was awaiting us up top was some crazy solar rings high up in the sky. A perfectly shaped jump and a beautiful sky makes a great way to start the day.
Nonetheless, we have A LOT to catch up on, you and I! Life is so tough for us, how do we survive? Two hours later and everyone else was just waking up? Thanks for that, Eivind. The riders rushed to step into their skis and the production crew quickly manned their battle stations. Each day up here seems to break a new milestone that I didn?t even expect to exist.
