I got to go to the Smith Optics backcountry park in Smiley Creek, made famous by the robot food movies.
A huge thanks to Smith for making this happen, it was a dream come true to get to hit these jumps.
Travis and Jussi killed this spot in the movie Lame, and it was surreal being able to see the zone and ski it with perfect conditions.
We didn’t know if we would get good snow conditions since we were going at the start of April but winter came late this year.
