Well the one two punch that the weather service called for last week was a swing and a miss. Ever notice when they call for 12+ inches we usually get a lower amount? The afternoon became a zoo. Each season develops uniquely and writes its own story. What will this year bring? Stay calm and move along.

Home Opener at Park City today, of course we had to check it out! With so many features setup every run was better then the last. That all comes with the opening day experience (that and the fashion show, zap!) and I honestly would be disappointed if it were any different.

For starters our first contest begins tomorrow for a pair of Kicker headphones or ear buds. Just remember to play your favorite riding music for me to get a chance to win. If you might’t make Copper, look forward to the following stops with more to come!

Yesterday I posted up Days 1 � 2 of Mike Douglas’ expedition atop Whistler Mountain. I said I’d keep you up to date with it all so here’s day 3! Day 3, Mike wakes on his birthday to find that Mother Nature has delivered a little present for him – a bluebird day! Not only that but he gets picked up for some Whister Heli-skiing and an unexpected guest drops in with a birthday cake!...

Henrik has left Salomon clothing and Ninthward skis to join the Armada team. Personally, I think it’s a great signing for Armada. He won Freestyle.ch last season and is a regular competitor at the Winter X Games. Related posts:Henrik Harlaut at Nine Knights 2009.

Season is starting off pretty great. I’m 5 days in so far. Took some laps with my friend Hans and Chris Benchetler. Then an afternoon beer with Jeremy Jones on the Sun Deck. He is pretty singlehandedly changing backcountry snowboarding which I will gladly toast to. I’m predicting awesome things this season. I finally actually get to ski this year. The projects I’m doing are pretty fun to. I’m currently working on Maude Raymond’s website....
