It was kind of windy yesterday, even too windy to hit the medium park-lane. We went to check out the new blue-park instead. Not a totally wasted two hours! The weather was not an issue yetserday, the wind was. The blue-park was new of the year, with a lot of wide rail-boxes and tabletops/hips. They even had a short park-lift too. Why couldn’t they build the same thing in the main park?...
Since I can remember skiing as engulfed my life. Inspiration, and motivation came from relentlessly watching ski films. I used to watch Tanner and CR?s segments repeatedly over and over? Every year it was a ?What?s next?? Undoubtedly CR has paved a path for all of us involved in the ski industry. I never knew CR on a personal level before his injury. He wasn?t a good coach at all....
Yesterday and today have been debatably the best of the season for some park riding. I came up with my buddy Seth to get some sequence shots for a photo competition. I also ran into some other friends, which is quite common on such a day. Myself, Chirs Haggarty, Jake Black, Jake Knigge, and Seth had a long and fun day. We left Vermont about Thursday at 7 pm. Included was my sister Ashley, and her boyfriend Andy. She also had no idea what the Wasatch held for her. I can also say that I might never do that again and am clueless how it was done. Almost before we knew it we saw signs of the promised land. It was Saturday morning. 40 hours Vermont to Utah. We took saturday off and hung out in downtown SLC for a little while....

“Weiss” ist eine schone Farbe. Angesichts dieser Tatsachen finden wir dass der Name ganz gut gewahlt wurde. Die Organisatoren haben in diesem Jahr einen massiven Kicker mit viel Schnee hingestellt. All of this was in the middle of a small town of condos. It looked F’ing sick. The jump wasen’t completely shaped so we just sessioned the railline for a couple of hours. They have a hotel and a bunch of really cozy condo’s. They hooked me up with this condo where I live by my self. It’s good to have a little space to relax after a hard day at the hill....

Epic skiing in the San Juans of Colorado. My brother, roommate, and myself skiing some classic back country. Other than that, this is what I have been up to on my free time. But a man has got to do what a man has got to do. For me… this is saving the Russell legacy; our sacred cabin.
