Dream Maker Terrain Park Two weeks ago, we received over 50” of fresh snow! While it was super fun to play in, all of our Terrain Parks got buried. Consequently, park crew had to pull out all the old features and do a complete re-build. “Big Black” is back!

As everyone probably knows to get a movie worthy shot these days takes hours/days/weeks of effort. I will share pictures of the different perspectives that I was able to capture throughout the past week.

As todays competition was bigair, this was the setup. Pretty stupid to squeze in three kickers when it is not that wide at all. Pretty scary the few first times of practice. Pc Fosse is also awake, pretty cool guy who allways make you laugh. He stomped the shit out of his kangaroos today. My plan was simple, do what I know best, and keep it steezy. I had a few sw 9s and 10s which I was very saticfied with....

The mountain weather has changed a lot in the last week. From February 25th through March 6th we have had quite a bit of snow roll into the Wasatch Mountains. I have some great helmet camera footage that I am going to post as soon as I run through all of it, but in the meantime, here are some pictures from this last week!These first few pictures are from a pillow that Jeff and I found in LCC....

Jeff and I showed up at Park City late in the day today. To our surprise the new Pick n Shovel park had just opened up. We took a few runs just to get a feel for the jumps, and I followed trevor through with the camera in my hands. I wasn’t really paying attention and ended up filming everything crooked. So, here is all we shot today, nothing great, but if you are interested in seeing the new Pick n Shovel park, check it out!...

Scott Smith arrived home from his 2 year mission in Guatemala and has skied a ton since he has been home. Unfortunately Snowbird is not having the best snow year so far, but the last few days have been awesome. Today I skied on the 186 4Frnt EHP. The ski is awesome. I can’t say much more about it now, but it is really a fun and stable ski. A full review will be up soon....

As most of you know, a magnitude 8.8 earthquake struck off the coast of Chile early Saturday morning. We are relieved to report that all our friends, families and colleagues in the country are safe. At this time we still intend to run Evolve Chile this July and August. We anticipate that in the next five months conditions in most of the country will have returned to normal. Safety remains our number one priority....

Also, I signed up for the Badass of the year contest in Kongsberg ski-resort. Bigair contest with a huge jump in the bottom of the hill. I like it though! 4 hours from sunny Lillehammer, I arrived Kongsberg. Usually the drive is 3 hours, but I stopped by Oslo to say hi to the Salomon guys! All set for bigair! The jump is allways something special in Kongsberg. This year it looked allright though!...

I had a burger and a birthday-cake!! Ketil Jansen aka “Dj Ketz” had birthday, and brought cake. You might not get the whole picture of how the jump is, but it is pretty huge! 110 % consentration needed! We will see how tomorrow goes. I’m probably just going to do a switch 7 mute.. haha.

Some people ask me if I ski every day. I give a shot to, just because of the possibilities of learning new stuff after a few hours. Everyday is not a saturday, as some people think. Some days are gray and booring, but it does not mean you cannot have fun.
