The last few days have yielded some unbelievable blue bird skies and riding conditions. On sunday we ventured deep into the Uinta range to ride some steep pillow lines. He keeps it real with the 16mm film. As you might see, he also shoots a still camera. You could fit a child in this mans backpack!Yesterday, we had another round in Wolverine Cirque. The lines were steep and the snow was fresh....

This past long-weekend I had a few high school friends migrate out from New York and Rhode Island to ski western mountains for the first time. With out well below average winter and no new snow in over a week I was a little nervous to play host. To my surprise I found some good snow at the Canyons to keep them busy and with a little coorporation from Mother Nature Snowbird provided them all with their “best day of skiing ever!...
Went to Hafjell for a couple of hours today. I am still a little sick, and didn’t feel well. Ida took a brake from school to join me, and that was kind of cool for once! This is what the setup was like. Bunch of people and 1 x downbox or 1 x downrail! Yours truly stoked as allways! My number one idol and my number one fan. Ida joined me to shoot some photos and watch the comp....
Monarch Mountain invited the K2 crew to check out their Cat Skiing operation, to carve some classic Colorado corderoy, and to session their all-wooden features at the K2 Organic Terrain Park. After days of ripping the high country beyond the resort, it was time team riders Anna Segal, Sean Decker, Shea Flynn, and Birk Irving lapped the park to shoot with infamous team photographer Alex O’Brien. To see the results, you’ll have to wait until the images surface in magazines next year, but for a preview from a far less skilled photog, see below....

The Surface Crew was out in full force in Brighton yesterday praising Jah and locating hidden pow stashes. Right out of the gate, Hayden Price sent a large 3 right to his feet. Yesterday was a crappy day. Long drive to Lillehammer, and I got sick as never before. The flu totally sucks!! Good thing that I have no plans this week, and I just get to be home. Feels great except for the fact that I am sick. One more thing that fits me perfectly right now, is that the winter-olympics are on TV! I’ve been going to Pictureline in Salt Lake City for 10 years now. So, need to get camera gear in Utah? The three prints are HUGE. So, if you are in Salt Lake City go check the prints out. There are also four prints over in their second location in Draper, UT at177 West 12300 South.
He quickly kicked things off with a spot on 900. I had taken everything off of it and let it dry for 48 hours. To my surprise it turned on, focused just fine and shot a fairly clean picture. Some cleaning was needed, but other than that the camera came out unscathed. My lens is another story, lets just say now I have a new paperweight. Bye till next time –
