It was when the race had to be canceled because of too much snow. They live for these conditions right? Media darling Lindsey Vonn joined the fleet of women who failed to qualify for a second run. Let me take a second here to explain how this worked. Top three earned a podium spot. This was the only U.S. World Cup stop for Vonn and Mancuso and the U.S. Ski Team prior to the 2010 Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver....

The 2009-2010 ski season is already well underway, and the Smith Optics Ski Team is set to have a huge year. With over 100 team skiers in North America alone, from savvy veterans to the hottest up and comers, the Smith army is far and wide and made up of the best park/pipe and big mountain skiers in every region. With some recent additions to the Smith Ski Team, this program is stacked with talent and ready to go this winter....

Today was just another day in Hafjell. Or, so I thought. But it turned out to be one of the best days I have had since May. Perfect conditions for a perfect shred. -12 celsius, and fresh groomed powder from yesterdays snowfall. Fresh snow underneath the chairlift. Yes, my allmost worn out Salomon Suspect skis. Got to sneak in a little Dovre sticker there as well. Jens Gunnhildrud, an awesome skier with tons of style....

So I just took the roadtrip of my life! so we waited there for 3 hours. We sat there charging our stuff, watching a movie when suddenly I realize the battery is dead!! Great way to start out 50 hour roadtrip. The second night was when it got a little rough. What a good feeling! !

TAAnkte plugga lite so till provet pAA fredag nu men jag orkar verkligen inte ;O AAr dAAd, sAA det blir kanske lite cod om jag orkar....

Non seulement ce mois de Novembre a battu le record du plus novembre le plus enneigAA de tout les temps AA Whistler, mais il a maintenant battu le record du mois le plus enneigAA tout court! L’ancien record de 469cm, datant du mois de Janvier 2006, AA AAtAA battu d tout prAA s de 100cm, avec un incroyable 552cm! 552cm, c’est plus que la moitiAA de la moyenne annuelle de 1009cm, et ca seulement en 1 mois!...

Alors qu’une nouvelle saison du FWT s’est ouverte il y un peu plus d’une semaine AA Chamonix, voici le dernier bon gros run de Mr AurAAlien Ducrow de l’hiver passAA. Chamriders va suivre avec attention cette saison 2009/10 de freeride qui s’annonce allAAchante puisque AurAAlien vaAA dAAfendre son titre de Champion du Monde 09… RDV pour la premiAA re AApreuve qui se dAAroulera AA Sochi en Russie (qui accueillera les JO en 2014) le 21 Janvier 2010....

Today was a very very very fun day. Went to Hafjell with Magnus “Brogan” NAA rsteng. We cruised the pre-season park all day, and shot some video for tonights edit. You should check it out. We got there when it opened, and went home when it closed. Check out the edit later on.. Dinnertime..

We started our holiday with turns at Eldora Mountain. Taryn and Jess, mugging it up for the holiday. Tips up, for safety. Greg was chefing it up in the kitchen while flaunting a little too much skin.
